🧾 About ProdScanner

ProdScanner is a smart and intuitive application designed to simplify product and inventory management using barcode scanning technology.
It offers a clean and fast interface that helps users track products, monitor purchase and selling prices, calculate profit and loss, and view both individual and total stock values in their preferred currency.
The app supports CSV/Excel import and export, language and currency customization, and includes many other powerful tools.

⚙️ Main Features

🔹 1. In / Out

Easily add or withdraw products by scanning barcodes with your camera (zoom and flashlight supported).
ProdScanner supports four barcode types: QR, Code 128, UPC, and Data Matrix.
You can also enter quantities and set different purchase and selling prices for each transaction.

⚠️ Note: The scanned barcode must already exist in the product list to avoid scanning errors.

🖨️ 2. Printer

Generate four types of barcodes, export them as PDF files, and share them easily via email or other apps.

📊 3. Transactions

View all your daily transactions in the Transactions section.
Use filters to select a date range and track In/Out operations.
A smart search bar helps you find transactions quickly.
At the bottom, you’ll see a summary showing total quantities, profit/loss, and payments based on your filters.

📦 4. Products

Add new products by scanning their barcode and entering a description, purchase price, and selling price.
It’s recommended to add each product once to prevent duplication or scanning errors.

🧰 5. Manage Products

Import your product list in CSV/Excel format containing the following columns:
Barcode – Product Name – Purchase Price – Selling Price.
You can edit product details, adjust prices, view total quantities, and calculate total inventory value.
You can also delete products with all related transactions, and use the smart search feature to find items easily.

📧 6. Email Report

Send detailed reports of your products and transactions directly by email in CSV/Excel format, exported from the database.

⚙️ 7. Settings

Change the language and currency of the app to suit your preferences and enjoy a flexible, user-friendly experience.
